Who’s Who

Our school community is made up of a large cross-section of people all of whom contribute to making High Down Schools  the pleasant and friendly place it is.   We have a highly skilled and motivated staff who also receive huge support from parents and the local community.

Our governing body acts as a ‘critical friend’ to the school by both supporting and challenging to ensure our children receive the best education that we can provide.  They are made up of a dedicated group of staff, parents, members of the local community and representatives from the local education authority.

We are proud of the way we all work together and our children benefit greatly from this ‘whole community’ approach.
