Just a reminder to order your child’s meals on Aspens by 9:00am each day. The meals are made to order and sent over to class in named bags so it’s really important that the kitchen know the orders in advance.
*If your child is absent from school due to sickness/self-isolating/medical appointment etc. then please remember to cancel any lunches ordered – Please note that we cannot do this for you after 9:00am.
If you haven’t booked a Christmas dinner then we will assume they will be bringing in a packed lunch on the 11th to eat together in their class bubble.
Christmas Jumper Day – Friday 11th December
Next Friday is also Christmas Jumper Day in aid of Save the Children. The children are therefore invited to wear a Christmas jumper in return for a donation (if able to). We will give details on how to donate next week (this will likely be through parentpay or direct to the Save the Children and link will be given).
Headbumps
If your child gets a minor headbump (this can be any bump, knock or scratch above the neck) we will send you a text message and your child will also be given a yellow wristband to easily identify that they may have had a headbump that day. These messages are to notify you of minor bumps only. If we have any cause for concern then we will ring you.
Absences
Absences must be reported by phoning the school on 01275 843969. Please select the appropriate option to report absence and then leave your message. Please be as specific as you can regarding the reason. Obviously knowing the reason for all absences in the current climate is paramount.
