Reporting absences
Absences must be reported by phoning the school on 01275 843969 by 10:00am each day. Please select the appropriate option to report absence and then leave your message. Please be as specific as you can regarding the reason. Obviously knowing the reason for all absences in the current climate is paramount.
School pick up/collection
If your child is going to be collected from School by somebody different please let your child’s Teacher know. If you don’t see the Teacher in the morning, please ring the School office or e-mail office@highdownschools.org to leave a message and give consent. Please note this applies even if they are leaving with another parent.
School Dinners
Like many businesses, Aspens are experiencing some difficulties with their supply chain at the moment. It may be, therefore, that certain menu items have to be tweaked or changed depending on availability of ingredients. Please be assured, however, that allergies/intolerances will be catered for in all scenarios.
